We’re looking for a Growth Manager who can turn our mission into measurable impact. You’ll strategize, execute, and optimize campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and admissions online and offline.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Campaigns: Develop and manage marketing campaigns (digital + on-ground).
Partnerships & Collaboration: Collaborate with schools, influencers, and partners.
Digital Presence: Manage social media, content, and lead-generation funnels.
Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign performance and drive growth metrics.
Skills & Qualifications:
3–6 years of experience in marketing (preferably EdTech/Education).
Strong creative and analytical mindset.
Hands-on experience with performance marketing and brand communication.
Based in or willing to work on-site in Pune.
